How the plan is made
Five steps, most of them taken once. After that you start what the plan says, and replan when you’ve played.
1 Copy your village
Your export: every builder and timer, as it is right now.
In the game: Settings, More Settings, Export village data. The text holds every building and troop level, each running timer and your helpers.
Paste it into the planner. It is read in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere until you sign in.
2 Tell it when you sleep
The night you set: nothing finishes inside it.
Set a bedtime and an alarm. Upgrades are timed to finish while you’re awake, with a small margin either side.
Short upgrades fill the gaps before bed, so a builder never waits all night for you.
3 Choose what matters
Your priority goes first: the X-Bow, on Builder 2.
Pick a strategy, then raise any building, troop or pet up the list, up to the level you want.
Builder Base can be planned alongside, B.O.B’s tasks included, or switched off once you have what you came for.
4 Boosts are counted
Eagle Artillery waits for the Gold Pass −20%.
The Gold Pass cuts 15% from the 4th of the month and 20% from the 8th. Hammer Jam dates, Builder Snacks, stacked potions, the Clock Tower, the Builder’s Apprentice, the Lab Assistant and both goblins all go into the timing.
When waiting a few hours for a bigger discount finishes sooner, the plan waits, and gives the builder something short meanwhile.
5 Start it, then replan
Morning: everything done, replan for tonight.
Start what the plan says. After you’ve played, paste a fresh export or press replan, and the rest of the night lines up again.
Signed in, the same plan shows on the website and on your phone.
