What the planner keeps about you, where it lives, and how to get it back or delete it.

Who runs this
Clash Upgrade Planner is a free, unofficial fan tool for Clash of Clans, made and run by one player. It is not made or endorsed by Supercell.
Without an account
When you paste a village export without signing in, it is read in your browser and saved only there (in the browser’s local storage), together with your planner settings and display choices. None of it is sent to us.
Clearing your browser data, or pressing “Clear this browser” in Settings, removes it.
With an account
If you sign in, we store: your email address and how you signed in (email and password, or Google). With Google, the sign-in record also holds the name and profile picture Google shares.
We also store the villages you import (the export’s buildings, levels, timers, player tag and the name you give the village), your planner settings and defaults, and the plans built from them, so the website and the apps show the same plan.
When you use a phone app signed in, we keep a device record (the platform, a notification token if you allow notifications, and when it was last seen).
Services that handle it
Supabase stores the account data and runs sign-in. Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short time. Google handles “Continue with Google” if you choose it. Sign-in and password emails are sent through an email delivery service.
These services process data only to run the planner. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your choices
You can download everything the planner holds about your villages, or delete it, in Settings and Account at any time. Deleting a village removes it and its plans from your account.
To delete your account itself, or to ask what we hold about you, contact us (below) from the email address on the account. We act on requests within 30 days.
How long it is kept
Account data is kept until you delete it or ask us to delete your account. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period and then removed.
Children
The planner is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has made an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Important changes are announced on the site first.
